Fake Green Cards and Anchor Babies

So you're a woman of child bearing age, and you're in the United States unlawfully. You're worried about getting deported by the US Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Don't fret. It's possible to remain in America indefinitely. How? Get a fake green card and an anchor baby.

You see, ICE, which is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is supposed to deport illegal aliens, especially the illegals who use fake documentation. In the United States, it's a felony to manufacture or purchase a fake green card. It's also a deportable offense.

However -- and this is the part you probably won't believe -- ICE not only knows exactly where Janette Balaba lives, but they also know that she is guilty of using a fake green card to fool law enforcement and employers into believing that she is in fact living and working in the United States legally.

How is this possible? Janette Balaba has an anchor baby, that's how. It's really that simple.

If Janette Balaba had no anchor baby, it is very likely that the immigration authorities would have deported her a long time ago.

This is not to say that the men and women who work at ICE are incompetent. In fact, the good folks at ICE do an truly excellent job of pursuing, detaining and deporting criminal illegals all day, every day. Of this there is no question.

However, everyone in the United States is entitled to due process. So, even though ICE officials arrested Janette Balaba and detained her, they had to let her go. Why? Because Janette Balaba went before a judge, and that judge let her stay in this country because of Janette's anchor baby. Ms. Balaba likely cried and told the judge that the father of her child is a child molester. Why would I assume this? Because Ms. Balaba has done it before. She tried to get a restraining order against the father of her child twice, and both times failed. Not all judges in the system are easily fooled, but all too many are. Easily fooled and manipulated. All too often, all a woman has to do is cry in court to get what she wants. Ridiculous. Disneyland.

Here's how it works:

  • Get any kind of visa that permits entry to the United States (student, au pair, tourism, religious worker, etc.) then travel to the USA.

  • Next, buy or manufacture a fake green card.

  • Next, The Illegal finds a "Sucker", i.e. a man who, without giving his consent, can be tricked into giving The Illegal her anchor baby. This part is not as hard as you might think. The Illegal simply lies to all the men she's sleeping with. She'll say that she can't get pregnant because she's infertile. She'll say that she's on "the pill" or some other form of contraception, when in fact she is not. Some women even go as far as to cut the prophylactic you intend to use, just before coitus. Eventually, The Illegal will get pregnant and will be on her way to having her very own anchor baby.

  • Once The Illegal's got her anchor baby, the next step is to sue for child support. The Illegal doesn't have to worry about her illegal status. In the United States, many family courts don't care if you're a felon illegal alien. They'll give The Illegal as much money as they can. Why? Well, if you take the Philadelphia Family Court as an example, the court takes a 10% cut of every child support payment. In other words, the Philadelphia Family Court is highly motivated to keep the Sucker's child support amount as high as it can possibly be. It is an improper and perverse profit incentive for the Court, but they don't care. Like organized crime: they want their money, and they don't care how they get it.

If the Sucker pays $0.01 less than what the court has ordered, the Sucker can and most likely will go to prison. The Illegal, on the other hand, will be free. The Illegal can use all or part of her child support money to pay for an attorney, while the Sucker is left to fend for himself. How sweet a deal is it for The Illegal? Janette Balaba (pictured above), for example, drives a Mercedes E320, a luxury car that costs a fortune to maintain. It's a very sweet deal for her. Janette Balaba's Sucker went to prison in early 2010 because he could no longer afford to pay $670 per month for one child. Instead of reducing his support payment (Support Master Anita N. Botchway, Judge Holly J. Ford, Judge Doris A. Pechkurow), the Philadelphia Family Court (Judge Joel S. Johnson) thought it would be better to send him to the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility (CFCF), a very disgusting place filled with rapists, killers and the like. The fact that Janette Balaba's Sucker picked up a nasty infection in prison is irrelevant. Once an anchor baby's involved, a woman who happens to be a felon illegal alien can relax, collect child support and enjoy the good life in the USA.

Of course, all this won't work for every woman. Using a child as a shield against deportation is exceptionally unethical, and quite risky. In fact, no one is his or her right mind would recommend doing the above. This website is in no way recommending to anyone that they should pursue a similar course of action. The point of this site is to shed light on how certain people use fake green cards and anchor babies to stay in the United States, and victimize the innocent.

  • Why would any man agree to pay $670 per month to support one child? It's because the Sucker wanted the best for his daughter, and because, before the 2008 financial crisis and subsequent Great Recession, the Sucker father could afford $670. During negotiations, the Sucker was promised that his daughter would continue with Kumon, an very high quality extracurricular math and reading program, which costs $200 per month. As soon as the Sucker signed on the dotted line, Janette Balaba, the felon who has used a forged alien registration / resident alien card on numerous occasions to displace American citizens who want to work, stopped sending her daughter to Kumon. After all, maintaining a gorgeous, emerald green Mercedes E320 (the car's nickname is "OUT LOUD") costs a lot of money, especially when you have no warranty to cover repairs and regular maintenance.

When the Sucker's income dropped to a fraction of what it was, he tried to have his support payments reduced to a reasonable figure. He tried twice, the right way, and was denied both times. He was sent to CFCF prison in Philadelphia, a place that can accurately be described as hell on earth. In fact, due to overcrowding, the Sucker didn't even get to sleep on a bed at night. He slept on a hard piece of plastic, with a sheet. The Sucker's sister had to drive down from Brooklyn, NY to get him out of prison. She had to pay thousands of dollars of her own money, because, of course, the Sucker didn't have the funds.

None of what is written here is fiction. Everything on this page is verifiable. All facts and figures are available to the public.

So here we have a very true and very ugly story of how the United States government, on more than one level, has sent a clear message to Janette Balaba and felons like her. The message is: CRIME DOES PAY, AND PAYS WELL. From the federal government to the American people: criminal, undocumented aliens are above the law. You, as citize, must follow the law, or else. Criminal aliens, however, do not.

And since Janette Balaba has been so successful in her criminal activities, it's very likely that Ms. Balaba believes that crime is the best and easiest path to success in America. What other crimes is Ms. Balaba willing to commit to get what she wants? She has proven to herself and the world that she can ignore the law...laugh at the law.

The bottom line question: Do the people of the United States want to allow criminal illegal aliens who give birth to human beings for the sole purpose of using them as protection against deportation, to live free in America? When the mothers of anchor babies are allowed to stay, then all Americans, from the president of the United States to immigration judges to the local cop on the beat -- we're all letting ourselves be suckers. I hope you find your way to this webpage, president Obama.

For those of you who feel that targeting criminal illegal immigrants with anchor babies is somehow unfair, remember this: a person who is willing to procreate with the exclusive aim of using their child as an anti-deportation tool is capable of anything. If, one day, you find that you're a victim of a heinous crime, do not be surprised if you later find that the person who committed the crime is a criminal illegal alien.

Anchor Baby As A Path to Citizenship

A lot of Americans think that illegal aliens do the anchor baby thing to gain citizenship. Wrong. Most do it to avoid deportation. The anchor baby mom knows that she can get what she wants without being a citizen. She can sue for and win child support, and enjoy many taxpayer-funded benefits with very little effort on her part. As noted above, she can use her child support money to hire lawyers, who can then pursue the Sucker dad until he has nothing left and is sent to prison. If anyone thinks that this is right, we would love to read your comments. If you think it's wrong, your comments are very welcome too, and we hope that you'll also call ICE at 1-866-DHS-2-ICE (866-347-2423).

You Are Breaking Federal Law by
Paying Child Support To An Illegal Alien

No one should be forced to pay child support to a known illegal alien. To do so would be breaking federal law.

From United States Code: TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER II > Part VIII > 1324

1324. Bringing In and Harboring Certain Aliens

(a) Criminal penalties (1) (A) Any person who:

(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

First, let's define "harbor:"

Transitive Verb, -bored, -bor·ing, -bors.
To give shelter to: harbor refugees; harbor a fugitive.
To provide a place, home, or habitat for.

Harboring means any conduct that tends to substantially facilitate an alien to remain in the U.S. illegally. (U.S. v. Lopez, 521 F.2d 437 [2nd Cir 1975], cert. denied 423 US 995.)

Therefore, paying child support to an illegal alien is tantamount to harboring.

So, let's say you have a friend. Your friend commits murder and tells you all about it. If you don't let the authorities know about the crime, you become an accessory after the fact to murder. If you then decide to help your friend by buying a home for your friend to live in, and make regular mortgage payments, you are now also harboring a known fugitive, which is a crime.

It's the same with a known illegal alien. By paying child support, you are providing the illegal with a home and the means to remain and thrive in the United States. Therefore, if a Family Court orders you to pay child support to a known illegal alien, they are in fact ordering you to aid a known fugitive.

So, dads, don't let any Family Court tell you that it's OK to give in to the monetary demands of a criminal illegal alien. By doing so, the court is forcing you to break federal law. You should always send money to support your kids, but do so with the knowledge that you are being forced to break the law. Don't suffer injustice quietly. Answer:

Do your best to gain custody of your children. If you can't get full physical custody, then get 50/50 physical custody. If you get full or 50/50, then no one can extort money from you based on a twisted sense of right and wrong.

Why would anyone think that a criminal illegal immigrant is the correct parent to raise a child? Why would any judge let a child be raised by a known felon when another parent is willing and able to do it?

Don't let the anchor baby mommas win. Don't be a victim. Don't let Family Court judges take away your freedom while the criminal illegal immigrants roam free. Read up on immigration law and post any supporting information in the comments section of this site. If all the Sucker dads work together, we can and will get justice.

Always speak truth to power. Always.

Always Send Money,
No Matter How Angry You Are

Dads, don't let the mother of your child's anti-social behavior make you so mad that you forget to do the right thing. Always support your kids.

Moreover, don't let an arrest warrant or the specter of a prison sentence make you so mad that you forget what's important. The people who set your child support level so high that you can't afford it want to be able to justify their actions by painting you as a bad person. If a judge sends you to prison, go with the knowledge that's you've always tried your best to do what's right. Don't let their evil turn you into an evil person. If you do, they win.

Remember: most evil people don't think of themselves as evil.

Why Do These Lawyers Let This Happen?

Why? Because, in the case of the Philadelphia Family Court, the Court gets 10% of every check that's sent in. That money pays their salaries.

Moreover, and ever more disgusting: Your taxpayer dollars are used to incentivize these family court judges to get as much money out of you as possible. The federal government provides matching funds to states based on how much these attorneys can get from you. The more they get from you, the more matching federal funds they get from Uncle Sam. That's how the system works.

Evil? Yes. It's an exceptionally improper and perverse profit incentive.

But they don't care.

That's why if you disagree with them about how much to pay, they will send you to prison.

Just like the crackhead, single moms in Philadelphia who have 6 foster kids under their care, and get thousands of dollars per month to "care" for each child, they consider it their small business.

Not all states have such laws. But Pennsylvania does.

If you want to destroy families and make sure that kids grow up to be losers, this is how you do it. You use the law to separate caring father's from their kids. Simple.

And here's an example of a Black man being sentenced to 6 months in prison for OVERPAYING HIS CHILD SUPPORT. Read the artcle. It is so disgusting, it may make you sick.

Employers: If You Give Janette Balaba
A Job, You Are Asking for Serious Trouble

If you are an employer, and you sympathize with the Janette Balaba's of the world, then you may think you're doing the right thing by giving these people a job. If, after reading the content of this website, you decide to employ Janette Balaba, the you are violating federal law. You can be fined and/or imprisoned. It is unlawful to hire a known illegal alien:

From United States Code: TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER II > Part VIII > 1324A

1324. Unlawful Employment of Aliens

(a) Making employment of unauthorized aliens unlawful

(1) In general

it is unlawful for a person or other entity—

(A) to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an alien knowing the alien is an unauthorized alien
(as defined in subsection (h)(3) of this section) with respect to such employment, or

(i) to hire for employment in the United States an individual without complying with the requirements of subsection (b) of this section or

(ii) if the person or entity is an agricultural association, agricultural employer, or farm labor contractor (as defined in section 1802 of title 29), to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an individual without complying with the requirements of subsection (b) of this section.

(2) Continuing employment

It is unlawful for a person or other entity, after hiring an alien for employment in accordance with paragraph (1), to continue to employ the alien in the United States knowing the alien is (or has become) an unauthorized alien with respect to such employment.

We Should Reform Child Support

An article by constitutional lawyer, conservative activist and pro-family crusader Phyllis Schlafly

President Obama’s Father’s Day speech included one provocative yet very declarative sentence: “We should reform our child support laws to get more men working and engaged with their children.” Obama didn’t elaborate, but we can build on what he said because, yes indeed, child support laws urgently need “reform.”

Many fathers work long hours and make incredible sacrifices for their families. Child support formulas are based on the ridiculous notion that a father would make those same sacrifices for an ex-wife who is living with her new husband or boyfriend and for children he never or seldom sees.

Many fathers would happily do more to support their children if they got to see their kids more and were more engaged in their lives. But current child support laws have reverse incentives: the more the mother prevents such contact, the more child support she receives.

Child support is not even really child support because the mother has no obligation to spend the money on the kids, and faithful payment of child support does not buy the father time with his kids. The purpose of child support is to allow the mother to maintain a household and standard of living comparable to the father’s.

Because of perverse incentives, a so-called “no fault divorce” is often followed by a bitter child custody dispute with bogus allegations of domestic violence or child abuse, and the winner can get a huge child support windfall. Usually the family court judge cannot tell who is telling the truth.

Reform should eliminate these bad incentives. No parent should collect money for denying kids the opportunity to see the other parent, and payments should not exceed reasonable documented child expenses. If both parents are willing and able to manage joint child custody, there should be no necessity for child support payments.

As annoying as the IRS is, it follows accounting rules and taxes only actual income. But a family court judge can ignore current income (or lack thereof) and instead calculate child support on past income or on imputed future income.

A California wife, under community property laws, is entitled to 50 percent of her husband’s income and 50 percent of her own income. But if she divorces him and gets custody of their two kids, she then gets 40 percent of his income plus 100 percent of her own income.

We can no longer ignore how taxpayers’ money is incentivizing divorce and creating children who never or seldom “engage” (Obama’s word) with their fathers. We can no longer ignore the government’s complicity in the predictable social costs that result from more than 17 million children growing up without their fathers. Fatherless boys and girls are much more likely to run away, abuse drugs, get pregnant, drop out of school, commit suicide, or end up in jail.

The root of the family court evil is the redefinition of a legal doctrine called the Best Interests of the Child. This phrase originally meant the presumption that courts should generally stay out of family decisions because, as the Supreme Court wrote in 1979, “natural bonds of affection lead parents to act in the best interests of their children.”

Some states say “best interests” and some say “best interest,” but it means the same thing. That’s just a buzzword to conceal the transfer of parental rights to judges.

This phrase is now used as an affirmative grant of power to family court judges to overrule parents on all child-related issues. Three things are wrong with the current interpretation of Best Interests of the Child.

First, it is contrary to the rule of law by giving judges extraordinary discretion to enforce their own prejudices and to micro-manage lives. They punish parents for things that were never written down as crimes or offenses.

Second, the “best interests” standard undermines parental rights. Instead of saying that parents are the final authorities, as the family unit was understood for centuries, it allows judges to make routine child-rearing decisions.

Third, courts have no competence to determine a child’s best interests, so they rely on poorly trained evaluators who make unscientific recommendations about custody and visitation. There is rarely any evidence that a court-defined schedule is better than joint child custody.

Reform should get family courts out of the practice of pitting parents against each other, entertaining criminal accusations without evidence, assessing onerous support payments, sending dads to debtors’ prison, and appointing so-called “experts” to make parenting decisions. Instead, the courts should protect the rights of both parents.

In past Father’s Day messages, Obama has blamed fathers for abandoning their responsibilities, but this year’s message had no such comment. Perhaps Obama has learned that many fathers are locked out of their rights and responsibilities by family courts.

Should The United States
Tolerate Criminal Illegal Aliens?

According to the Labor Department's latest jobs report, the jobless rate in this country is 9.4%. Currently, there are 14.5 million unemployed people in the United States. Yet, Janette Balaba, a criminal illegal immigrant, is allowed to work here and take a job that could have gone to an American citizen or a legal resident. It's grossly unfair to the millions of Americans who want and need to work, to support themselves and their families. FACT: Since the Great Recession began a few years ago, an unacceptable number of out-of-work American citizens have become so depressed due to their jobless state that some have committed suicide. With the jobless rate continuing to hover near 10%, it's a pretty safe bet that there will be more severe depression, and suicide.
